Stockx Snk, may in our discretion change these Terms (including the FAQs or any policy) at any time, but if we do, we will place a notice on our Site. We may also send you an email and/or notify you by some other means. Changes take effect on the date set out in the Terms. You should view these Terms often to stay informed of any changes that may affect you. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES.
The version of these Terms posted on our Sites on each respective date you visit the Sites will be the Terms applicable to your access and use of the Services on that date. Our electronically or otherwise properly stored copies of these Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be deemed to be the true, complete, valid, and authentic copies of the version of the Terms and the Privacy Policy that were in force on each respective date you visited the Sites.
We reserve the right to terminate these Terms, or to refuse, restrict, or discontinue access to or use of the Services (or any portions, components, or features there of) to you or any other person or entity, if you are in breach of the Terms or for any reason or for no reason whatsoever, at any time, without notice or liability.

Stockx Snk accepts Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB cards via Checkout.com payment gateway. We also accept PayPal Express Checkout.
All the prices are listed in US Dollars.

Pricing:
Stockx Snk offer the stockx sneakers at different price, the price is fluctuated with the supply chain. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time of checkout.
We currently do not have a Best Price Guarantee or Price Matching policy.
Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved. To complete the purchase online, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
We reserve the right to cancel your orders by the following:
• The product is not available / in stock;
• Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
• Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
• Your payment is not received within 7 days after acceptance of your order;
• There was an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
• We could not deliver to the address provided by you;
• Due to an Event Outside Our Control (see below);
• In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the Platform information.
Order details cannot be amended after it was placed, however customers may cancel order by contacting us before the order was shipped. Our consumer service agents will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse.
Please note that the cancellation request is not 100% guaranteed.
If successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation fee will applied. If cancellation is not possible, the product will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out below.
Returns & Exchanges
Stockxsnk agree to return or exchange if you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 15 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
All returns must be authorized.
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization, we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user doesn’t apply to this policy.
Friendly notice: Ship back by best way so that we could get it more quickly and then solve it ASAP.
Exchange
Worn stockx sneakers are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes with your dress we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on carpet. If the shoes are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we cannot take them back. The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in. This is the best packaging to use for returns. Stockx sneakers that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable. We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we can't accept the return.
Although we provide return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you, if it is not the right address, we are not responsible for the loss caused by the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched.
A cancellation fee - 15% of the purchase amount will be charged for all cancellations.
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Because that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Customs Tariff
Customs taxes, import duties or other customs-related fees might be involved and the charges are determined by the Customs office of the country of delivery. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel and these charges cannot be refunded.
If the fees are applicable, they are not included in the transaction made and the person receiving the parcel will be billed directly by the courier in the designated country.
Stockxsnk has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
The buyer is encouraged to contact the local customs office for current charges prior to the purchase.
Friendly Notice
We do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Stockx Snk reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has been worn, used or altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee will be charged to customer credit card and footwear will be returned to customer. Purchaser pay shipping charges to return products to us and a shipping charge will be added to all exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file immediately upon arrival of returned item.
Delivery
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed or dispatched.
Deliveries are made by third-party carriers contracted by us. Please note that specific carriers may require a signature upon delivery.
After the package has passed over to the logistic party, the order will be considered a completed transaction. Stockx Snk will not be responsible for package loss and package damage due to the courier’s mishandling. Stockx Snk will assist customers in filing a claim with the courier but the compensation will be subjected to the courier’s determination.
Please also note that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the stockx sneakers are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Risk and Fraud Control
Stockx Snk may ask for customer information when it comes to their payment information with abnormal activities which may be related to scams or misuse of personal information. Please understand it is a process to protect the credit card owner and both sellers from frauds and scams. All of the information will only be used for identification purposes. If customers refuse to provide the required information, we are always open to ordering cancellation. Stockx Snk also has the right to cancel any order without noticing the customer if we found the payment info is involved with abnormal activities.
Product information
While we have taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the Site, the detailing (such as color, pattern, and texture, etc.) you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when you receive it. Any information on the Site regarding the sizing of stockx sneakers is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order (see Contacting us).
Our liability
Except for any liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded in no event shall we be liable to you for any losses and any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant Product(s) and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under any order that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Termination
Stockx Snk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of the Site and any rights provided to you under these terms at any time, without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site for any or no reason in its sole discretion. Upon termination, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials.
